”It’s an immediately appealing game, with a fresh, clean art style and fluid movement. The guns are chunky and fun to use, and clear maps and UI makes it easy to keep track of squad members and objectives. It’s hard to believe The Cycle has only been in development for a year, but I’m able to play a full round with the developers and get the sense that this is a potentially very decent game in a tricky position.

Relocation Support
When joining YAGER, we have a relocation package in place to support and assist you. We provide a shared company apartment for the first two months in order to get started in Berlin. We take care of all the administrative aspects of relocation (e.g. visa, work permit, health insurance registration), and also support you financially (relocation bonus).
Flexibility
As part of our commitment to work life balance, we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to our working hours. We have our core hours from 10:00 to 16:00, outside of these hours you are free to arrange your work-day the way it suits you.
Learning & Development
We have a dedicated Talent Development Manager who supports you on your career path. YAGER has a library of curated books and games. The company also supports attendance at various game conferences.
Health Insurance
Germany has a national health insurance program which all of our team members qualify for. We assist you with getting your insurance set up and support you in your communications with the health administration as needed. Also, If you have a family, they will also be insured through a family insurance package.
Occupational Pension
In addition to the obligatory state pension, we offer the opportunity to have an occupational pension scheme which includes contributions from the company.
Paid Vacation
To support a healthy work life balance for all, we offer at least 25 paid vacation days each year – five days more than required by Germany's Federal Holiday with Pay Act.
Get-togethers, Parties & Team Events
Each quarter every team is encouraged to go on a team event paid for by the company. Every summer and winter we have our YAGER parties. For our Friday afternoon meetings we enjoy beer and soft drinks.
Food and Beverages
We offer a variety of coffee, tea and water and also get fresh fruit delivered twice a week.
In-House Massage
Once a week a professional massage therapist is in the studio and offers his services.

YAGER is an independent developer of computer and video games based in Berlin, Germany. Founded in 1999 by a group of enthusiastic game developers, we're fortunate to combine long-term experience with the persistent creative spirit emerging from an empowered team.

Making highly entertaining games is our mission. While covering a range of genres, our focus has been the creation of vivid action experiences placed in athmospheric, richly crafted worlds - upholding high quality standards across a variety of different platforms.
Where we are
YAGER is housed in a 2200m² loft on the banks of the river Spree in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, one of the most energetic and culturally rich neighborhoods in Berlin. With a host of creative and media companies as well as countless bars and restaurants in walking distance, our neighborhood turns into a vibrant night life spot in the evening.
Our Team
Numbering 90+ and growing, our team consists of a rich variety of talented individuals from more than 20 countries. We value and cultivate the creative atmosphere and collaborative spirit present at YAGER. For our games to provide joy, we know the process of creating them must be enjoyable too.
